All "Negative Calorie" foods supposably speed up your metabolism.

fish oil!?!?!?! REALLY?? argh grr. i have heaps and i raided the cupboards tonight racking my brain for something to do the job and all i could find was regular vinegar coz we were out of apple cider vingar.
