  • Cardio & strength training here. (Supposedly the most efficient way to boost metabolism, burn calories, and decrease body fat.)
  • Top 5 gym free exercises here. (Nothing new really.)
  • Tummy/chest/leg/bum exercises here. (Pretty good site, IMO, and has a link to even more exercises.)
