Clearing out bookmarks

Lately I've been busy getting ready for school and I lost track of the ABC diet. I'll start all over tomorrow though. The only thing I like about school is it just.. works everything out so well. Not the whole people and learning shit, but I can easily avoid food and it provides constant motivation.

Yeah this probably all sounds so random and it might not make since because I'm wrinting really fast...

Anyways... I just made this post so I could keep some links away from any curious people who might come decide to use the computer.

Major fuck up day

When I say major I mean major.
If I lived on my own a plan like the Rainbow diet would easily work.
But I don't.
I don't know what the day might bring.
Therefor I can't plan anything.
For instance... my grandpa went to visit his brother before it was even 3 o'clock AM.
I ended up having to be with my grandma all day.
Which means eating in front of her.
Half an apple for lunch?
No. That would never work here.
Breakfast, yeah, I handled that easily. She didn't see me put the other half back in the fridge.
So what did I have for lunch & dinner instead?
I'm too embarrassed to say.
It's that bad.
It was all way too much.
And you know what?
Fuck plans.
I'll re-do this ABC day tomorrow (not the mistakes) and eat when I have to.
If I can skip breakfast I'll do it in a heartbeat.
If I can bring my lunch into my room I'll do it.
If I can sit at the computer and wrap up my dinner I'll do it.
Lunch is the hardest part.
I can't retreat into my room everyday.
It would look too weird.
I also can't walk on the treadmill for more than a half hour.
I have nowhere to jump rope.
My floors creak.
I can't keep going in and out of the bathroom.
But you know what was the worst part of my day though?
I couldn't even purge.
Trust me, I tried.
I got on my knees, grabbed my toothbrush, and... nothing.
I just kneeled there awhile.
I'm so pathetic.

Negative calorie foods

I need to get all this pro ana stuff out of my history and bookmarks so here's a list of negative calorie foods for my use and yours!


  • Negative calorie foods are foods, which use more calories to digest than the calories the foods actually contain!

  • Vegetables
Asparagus, Beet Root, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrot, Cauliflower, Celery, Celery root
Chicory, Dandelions*, Endives, Hot Chili, Cucumber, Garden cress, Garlic,

Day 2 of ABC...

...is coming to an end and I hope we're allowed to go way below the calorie limits. Because I decided to screw eating in the morning and fast today. I doubt I'll fast tomorrow but you never know what the day might bring. Back to today though. The only things that passed my lips were two or three glasses of green tea (I accidentally picked up a family sized pack), a lot of water, one can of Coke Zero, a multivitamin pill, a kelp pill, and a little cinnamon.

Rainbow diet:

Breakfast: ½ apple (40.5 cals)
Lunch: ½ apple (40.5 cals)
Dinner: 1 cucumber (24 cals)
Total: 105 cals


Tuesday (yellow):
Breakfast: 1 banana (108.5 cals)
Lunch: 1 banana (108.5 cals)
Dinner: ½ cup corn (66 cals)
Total: 283 cals

Wednesday (fast):

Thursday (orange):
Breakfast: ½ orange (31 cals)
Lunch: ½ orange (31 cals)
Dinner: 1 carrot (26 cals)
Total: 88 cals


Friday (red):
Breakfast: ½ cup strawberries (21.5 cals)
Lunch: ½ cup strawberries (21.5 cals)
Dinner: ½ red pepper (16 cals)
Total: 59 cals

Saturday (purple/blue):
Breakfast: 10 blueberries (8 cals)
Lunch: 10 blueberries (8 cals)
Dinner: 10 raspberries (24 cals)
Total: 40 cals


Sunday (green):
Breakfast: ½ cup grapes (57 cals)
Lunch: ½ grapes (57 cals)
Dinner: 1 cup lettuce (7 cals)

It would fit right into the ABC diet if I start tomorrow. Yeah, yeah.. tomorrow is Thursday, I know, but I wanna try it out! :'( And since my ABC diet still has 48 days left and it works perfectly together.. why not? :) I think I will do it. Oh, by the way, I lost some weight since yesterday! I'm not exactly sure how much, my scale sucks, but it has definitely went down. Yeshhh. And I think I'm going to see a movie with a friend on the day my Rainbow diet ends. Maybe I could sneak the grapes into the movie theater? lol

My little make-over

I gave myself a little make-over. I'm so glad I did. My hair barely passes my shoulder and curls stupidly which makes my face look fatter than it already is. So I randomly decided to pull out my old hair straightener, which wasn't all that trusty a year or two ago, and straighten my hair. I didn't realize how long my bangs actually were and had to trim them a bit. I've trimmed them myself for a few months. Then I did my eyes and dug out some old Smackers lip gloss. With some eyeliner, eye shadow, mocha (or whatever) lip gloss, and hair straightened I looked like a different person. Now if only this weight would disappear. I hope when I weigh myself tonight I've gone done a little but I doubt it after my dinner. Tomorrow will be better. I won't let it be anything but.
