Metabolism boosters (supposedly)

  • Fiber pills
  • Cinnamon pills
  • Kelp pills
  • Ginger pills
  • Spicy foods (e.g. cayenne fruit)
  • Zinc supplements
  • Potassium supplements (I think this is supposed to go with zinc supplements)
  • Green tea or Oolong tea (According to Kat)
  • Garlic
  • Omega-3 Fish Oil

...Any others?

  2. fish oil!?!?!?! REALLY?? argh grr. i have heaps and i raided the cupboards tonight racking my brain for something to do the job and all i could find was regular vinegar coz we were out of apple cider vingar.
